The interior design project proposes the configuration of a space in which the atmosphere is shaped through a carefully controlled relationship between the color palette, textures, and light. The concept is based on visual continuity and compositional coherence, treating the interior as an integrated whole in which each area is clearly defined in functional terms, yet connected through a shared language of materials, proportions, and details.
The stylistic approach is contemporary, with reinterpreted neoclassical influences, intended to support a balanced and comfortable ambiance. The project’s aesthetic is built on a warm, neutral color palette, with sienna accents that add depth and character to the space. Vertical surfaces treated with decorative moldings contribute to the visual ordering of the interior, while lighting fixtures are integrated as accent elements, with simple geometries and complementary finishes, serving to support the overall atmosphere.
From a functional and ergonomic perspective, the furniture layout aims for the efficient use of the available area, with clear relationships between the living area, dining area, and kitchen. Storage systems are optimized and integrated into the overall composition, contributing to everyday comfort.
The spatial configuration and material choices are determined by a mixed-use scenario that combines the beneficiary’s occasional occupancy with periods of rental use. In this context, the project seeks to define a welcoming and neutral atmosphere capable of accommodating different users without compromising the coherence of the architectural expression. The selection of finishes favors durable solutions, with good long-term performance and resistance to wear, ensuring both the comfort required for living and efficient long-term use.
