A HUMAN-SCALED OFFICE

This office covers an entire floor of almost one thousand square meters and is designed to support three companies working side by side. The layout is structured for efficiency and a human-scaled design, with one hundred and fifty workstations arranged in clusters. A series of meeting rooms of different sizes forms a functional backbone, offering settings for quiet discussions, team reviews or larger sessions.

The lounge area becomes the defining element. Positioned along the main circulation axis, it works both as a laid-back zone and an informal meeting area. Soft modular seating, layered volumes and a geometric carpet create a composed atmosphere where employees can slow down, exchange ideas or step away from their desks.
Terracotta accents connect this central area to the tenant brands, all of which use red in their identity, establishing a shared chromatic direction without overwhelming the space. The rest of the interior follows a warm palette, with muted tones on the ceiling and floor, wood surfaces and carefully placed color moments.

Sustainability is addressed through practical architectural decisions. Existing MEP equipment was reused and upgraded where possible, and several enclosed rooms were adapted to new functions. Glass partitions dismantled during early phases were reinstated in new positions, extending material lifespan and maintaining visual continuity. This approach preserves the integrity of what was already valuable and builds a consistent base for future flexibility.
Overall, the project reflects the core values of K2 Design Lab and delivers a workplace designed for long-term comfort, adaptability and employee well-being, supporting both daily activity and the evolution of the companies on the floor.
