The project proposes the conversion of four adjacent apartments into a single residential unit with a total area of 300 sqm. The intervention reimagines the domestic space from both compositional and functional perspectives, redefining spatial relationships.
The new layout is organized around a central core dedicated to the day area, where the living room, dining and kitchen are oriented to the south, in an open-plan configuration. The linear geometry of the furniture, vertical elements, and stone accents ensure visual and material continuity.
Two distinct night zones are articulated in relation to the central space. The master bedroom, oriented toward the southwest and overlooking the lake, is configured as an extended private area with a warm atmosphere created by wood cladding and diffused lighting. The fluidity of the space allows for a subtle transition from the dressing area to a seating zone, separated from the sleeping area by a custom furniture piece that functions both as a bar and a make-up vanity.
The secondary night zone, extending longitudinally to the east, comprises three bedrooms connected by a walk-through wardrobe corridor, serving both as a distribution space and as an intermediate zone between functions.
In the living room, the burgundy soft seating represents the primary compositional element of the space, establishing a dominant chromatic reference, while complementary color accents are introduced through artworks, positioned strategically throughout the apartment.
Materiality results from a selection of natural textures, wood veneer, stone, and a neutral color palette, supporting spatial coherence and highlighting the relationship between light, texture, and proportion, all contributing to the definition of a symbiotic atmosphere.
