Our concepts Community Wasl and BAYT Blocks were recently featured in ArchDaily as part of their coverage of the Dubai House of the Future competition. Organized by Buildner together with the Government of Dubai, the competition called on designers around the globe to envision a new model of Emirati living — one that is adaptable, climate-conscious, and grounded in tradition.
Out of submissions from over 120 countries, we are proud to see our work recognized among the selected projects.
Community Wasl envisions walkable, self-sustaining neighborhoods defined by modular homes, green corridors, and shared transport systems. The housing is conceived with ceramic facades, underground cooling strategies, and recycled materials, all contributing to a low-impact environment that is resilient and future-ready.
BAYT Blocks introduces a flexible system of homes designed to grow and change alongside their residents. The concept combines contemporary needs with cultural traditions, integrating shaded courtyards and rooftop terraces while relying on passive cooling techniques and modular construction for efficiency and adaptability.
