Our latest Bucharest office project has been featured on Office Snapshots, presenting a headquarters designed for adaptability, well-being, and identity. The project rethinks what a workplace can be: not just an office, but a framework for evolving ways of working.
The reception establishes a clear point of entry, defined by a custom-built desk, a curved wall, and reflective finishes. Together, these elements create a distinct sense of arrival and set the tone for the rest of the interior.
Rather than starting from scratch, the project embraced the existing structure, reinterpreting it through glass insertions and precise detailing. This strategy minimized waste while giving the space a renewed character.
Covering more than 1,100 square meters, the headquarters includes 152 workstations arranged within a layout that balances open areas with private and collaborative zones. Flexibility was embedded from the beginning, allowing the office to accommodate future changes without losing coherence.
Throughout the project, well-being was also a guiding principle. Quiet corners, greenery, water points, and informal lounges punctuate the space, creating a rhythm that supports both focus and pause.
For us, this was not only about designing a workplace, but about shaping an environment where people feel anchored, connected, and prepared for what comes next.
